Explore who you are. Grow into who you're becoming.
Meet Lindsey
Lindsey is a therapist who works with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and career or relational challenges.
Lindsey takes a person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert on their own life. Clients working with Lindsey can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Therapy is not about fixing—it's about being understood, seen, and supported through change.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CPT, EFT, and guided imagery, rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), Lindsey’s work is both intuitive and structured. She supports clients in examining the thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns that may no longer serve them, while building practical skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, Lindsey values connection—with nature, animals, and friends and family. She enjoys being outdoors, discovering new places, trying different foods, and getting lost in a good book. Lindsey believes deeply in the power of self-exploration and feels priviledged to walk alongside clients in their journey toward healing and growth.
A safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
While things might look “fine” on the outside—whether you're excelling in school, managing responsibilities of life or work, or showing up for others—inside, it can feel like a different story. Maybe your mind rarely quiets down. Maybe you feel like you're constantly falling short, second-guessing yourself, or holding it together while feeling completely disconnected.
You might notice you're pulling back from conversations, feeling drained by social interactions, or stuck in your own head more than you'd like. And even when you're surrounded by people, it can feel isolating—like no one quite sees what you're going through.
What if you could begin to understand what you're feeling, rather than just pushing through it? What if you could find space to reconnect with yourself—with your values, your voice, and a sense of calm?
Therapy is a space to do just that.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating the in-between spaces—between where they’ve been and where they’re headed, between who they’ve been told to be and who they’re becoming. In our work together, we’ll slow down, get curious, and gently untangle the thoughts, patterns, and emotional weight that may be holding you back.
You don’t have to do this alone. Your story matters. And I’d be honored to support you in writing your next chapter—one rooted in clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
