Explore who you are. Grow into who you're becoming.
Meet Lindsey
Lindsey is a therapist who works with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and career or relational challenges.
Lindsey takes a person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert on their own life. Clients working with Lindsey can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Therapy is not about fixing, it's about being understood, seen, and supported through change.
She specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating the in-between spaces, between where they’ve been and where they’re headed, between who they’ve been told to be and who they’re becoming. In your work together, it'll be about slowing down, getting curious, and gently untangle the thoughts, patterns, and emotional weight that may be holding you back.Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CPT, EFT, and guided imagery, rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), Lindsey’s work is both intuitive and structured. She supports clients in examining the thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns that may no longer serve them, while building practical skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, Lindsey values connection with nature, animals, and friends and family. She enjoys being outdoors, discovering new places, trying different foods, and getting lost in a good book. Lindsey believes deeply in the power of self-exploration and feels privileged to walk alongside clients in their journey toward healing and growth.
